QUESTIONS, CORRECTIONS AND BUSINESS INQUIRIES
Contact Korea Compass
Use the Korea Compass contact form to report outdated travel information, ask a question, or submit a relevant business inquiry.
Korea Compass welcomes useful feedback from readers. If you notice inaccurate, outdated, unclear, duplicated, or broken information, please send a detailed message through the contact form.
Korea Compass is created and managed by a Korean local based in South Korea. Messages are reviewed individually, but a response cannot be guaranteed for every inquiry.
1. Report Incorrect Travel Information
Travel information can change after publication. Transportation fares, operating hours, reservation systems, admission fees, business status, map locations, access rules, and government requirements may be updated without notice.
If you report an error, please include:
- The URL of the affected Korea Compass page
- The title of the article or map
- The sentence, link, location, or detail that may be incorrect
- A brief explanation of the problem
- A current official or reliable source, if available
- The date when you noticed the issue
A specific page URL and a current source make it easier to review and correct information. General messages without the affected page may take longer to investigate.
2. Travel Questions
You may submit general questions about using Korea Compass, locating a guide, understanding a map, or finding relevant travel information on the site.
Korea Compass cannot provide personalized legal, immigration, medical, financial, insurance, or emergency advice. Questions involving visas, entry requirements, medicine, customs, airline rules, or individual health conditions should be directed to the responsible official organization or qualified professional.
For an emergency in South Korea, call 112 for police assistance or 119 for ambulance and fire services. Do not use the contact form for urgent help.
3. Business and Collaboration Inquiries
Relevant inquiries about Korea travel services, tourism resources, advertising, partnerships, content licensing, and destination information may be submitted through the contact form.
A business inquiry should clearly include:
- Your name and organization
- Your official website
- The purpose of the inquiry
- The requested service or collaboration
- Any proposed schedule or deadline
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee coverage, publication, a partnership, or a favorable recommendation. Korea Compass retains editorial control over content published on the site.
4. Personal Information and Privacy
Do not submit passwords, passport numbers, identification documents, payment-card information, medical records, reservation numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Provide only the information necessary to explain your inquiry. Contact information should be used to review the message and respond when appropriate.
5. Use the Contact Form
The Korea Compass contact form appears in the site sidebar. On a desktop computer, it is normally displayed beside the main content. On a mobile device, it may appear below the page content.
Complete the name, email, and message fields, and then select the Send button. Check your email address carefully because an incorrect address may prevent a reply.
Go to the Korea Compass Contact Form →The contact form is not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent police, ambulance, or fire assistance in South Korea, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
