Korea Compass is created and managed by a Korean local based in South Korea. Messages are reviewed individually, but a response cannot be guaranteed for every inquiry.
1. Report Incorrect Travel Information
Travel information can change after publication. Transportation fares, operating hours, reservation systems, admission fees, business status, map locations, access rules, and government requirements may be updated without notice.
If you report an error, please include:

The sentence, link, location, or detail that may be incorrect
A brief explanation of the problem
A current official or reliable source, if available
The date when you noticed the issue
Helpful correction reports
A specific page URL and a current source make it easier to review and correct information. General messages without the affected page may take longer to investigate.
2. Travel Questions
You may submit general questions about using Korea Compass, locating a guide, understanding a map, or finding relevant travel information on the site.

The Korea Compass contact form appears in the site sidebar. On a desktop computer, it is normally displayed beside the main content. On a mobile device, it may appear below the page content.
Complete the name, email, and message fields, and then select the Send button. Check your email address carefully because an incorrect address may prevent a reply.
The contact form is not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent police, ambulance, or fire assistance in South Korea, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
Flying from South Korea with skincare, cosmetics, food or duty-free purchases requires different packing decisions depending on whether the flight is international or domestic. For an international departure, each liquid, aerosol or gel container in carry-on baggage must generally hold no more than 100 ml, and the containers must fit inside one sealable transparent bag with a capacity of no more than 1 liter per passenger. Korean domestic flights do not apply the same general 100 ml cabin-liquid limit, but dangerous-goods restrictions and individual airline rules still apply.
